Are you assuming that *all* of Dino's salary comes off the cap?  I'm sure   
we're going to be forking over some cash to Dino and that is sure to   
count.

I'm not a cap expert, but didn't we lose this as soon as we renounced our   
9 free agents?  This put us *under* the cap, thus the exemption is taken   
away.
