ESPNet reported that his first move was to immediately release
Oliver Miller because of statements Miller made about not caring
after not getting much playing time.

In the long run, he will probably help them (can't do much worse).
Short-term, it will depend on his strategy.  If he decides to clean house,
that would be great for the Celts.  If he decides to stick with the
core that is there now, hard to say how he can affect the day-to-day
stuff unless he fires the coach.
