Everyone has to realize at draft time it is a coach's job to blow smoke up
everyone's butt to throw them off the direction he is really interested in.
 I believe this landed us Ron Mercer with the 6th pick although he was
ranked as the 2nd or 3rd best player in the draft.  I think he is doing the
same thing to build Dee Brown's market value and get some sucker to take
him off our hands.  He would have pulled it off with Dino if has passed the
physical.  All these moves appear rushed and outrageous, but we will have
to wait until the season is here and see how everything turns out. Based on
the size of the free agent contracts some of the other teams have signed,
none of the Celtic signings appear that outrageous.


Maybe there is one more blockbuster move in the making for a Mcdyess as
someone mentioned.
