No need for an apology. I was not complaining, in any way. I was
simply admitting to my ignorance of the issue and asking that it be
clarified. You did that, and I thank you. For some reason, I'd never
heard of this, and lived in Melrose, MA and then in Newton, NH (just
above Haverhill, MA) for a total of 17 years. Guess I should have
known. Again, thanks for the info, no offence taken on my part.
