I don't recall ML being called a bozo or an idiot from the day 1. The first
action ML took was to sign Dominique and then he had to go and anounce that
he would be willing to part with a first rounder to talk to Michael Jordan.
People laughed at his actions, but it was not after the Chris Ford firing
and the disqualifications of candidates much better qualified than he, and
his own appointment as coach that the media and the fans got upon him.
Right now the team is on its lowest ebb ever and who is responsible for
that except M L Carr. Yes we have two 1st rounders for the coming season
but that's all we have. Come to think of it, under Rich Kotite the Jets got
3 first rounders <pretty high ones too> in two years, and everybody called
him a bozo too.
