I'm not sure about that.  My take is that with October looming as the time
Roger keeps talking about The Who going into the studio, someone had to say
something as to why they weren't going into the studio as Roger
stated...repeatedly.
But, I can't believe that Pete would so publicly declare....in Rolling
Stone...that he was going to finish his A. biography this year, and then not
do it.
That would be taking the 'say something and don't do it' thing to the
extreme.
Plus, it's his autobiography that he feels will explain his actions in the
ped. thing.

Who knows.
