Life story
A quick note from Steve here in Canada - while riding the motorcycle
through Montana last weekend I witnessed my motorcycle occupy the same
space at the same time as a Chev Suburban - to keep it short, I was not
ticketed, but the other driver was (highway speed by the way).
I avoided hitting the suburban personally, but I did become a piece of
flying debris. I sustained minor injuries to knee, ligaments, ankle, elbow.
The bike faired worse.
all the experts (fire, ambulance, doctors, nurses, police, and fellow
riders) all say i survived because;
1) I was wearing full armour - leathers, armoured jacket, full face helmet
(prevented head injuries, and facial injuries)
2) I reacted absolutely perfectly
3) I avoided the 'second impact' - body with solid object like
bike/car/tree/sign, etc.
I am a hurting unit, but I am ok.
