It'd be a real shame if this talented, eager, A-list actor loses the
chance to play Keith Moon on the silver screen because a decent script
wasn't forthcoming.

With Myers practically begging to play the part, one would think the
"big studios" would get their best writers on the case & in meetings
with Daltrey.

Maybe that's happening.  I don't know.  It just seems like Myers is 
trying to give the whole process a swift kick in the arse.
