I'm very religious, though I also draw inspiration and
influence from many religions besides my own.  I
believe we were all created in the image of the
Divine.  That includes ants, spiders, dogs, cats,
plants, everything.  We can't say we're any higher
than a supposedly insignificant creature like an
aphid; we're all created in his/her image, and I
practise ahimsa to the best of my ability because of
this, and you never know if that ant or worm might
have been a relative or friend in a previous life.
