You have to click on the little envelope icon towards the bottom of the
page.  Then it opens up an email addressed to 'offsor@aol.com' (which
must stand for "off sex offender registry").

The actual email you have to compose yourself.  I just wrote, "Please
reconsider having Pete Townshend's name on the Sex Offenders' list."

I suppose what they will do is forward all the emails to the proper
authorities.
