Government funded. They get their paycheck anyhow.
Right, or else bleeding hearts with no real plan. That's why I was wondering about the stats on IWF. They do tell about their accomplishments in their annual report, and if it's to be believed, they do track down or pass along alerts about child porn to the police. But whatever they do, it's not making much of a dent in the mass of child porn sites. It's time for a new strategy.
