For anyone in the US who's interested in writing their congressperson about

I think it's important that police and national defense action focuses on 
stopping the suppliers rather than rounding up consumers.  This is an 
international issue, and an excellent article by Michael Malone relates it 
to national defense.  I'm going to include this link in my letters.
