I guess the other shoe to drop, though, is this:

Does Universal or MCA still intend to release this in light of Pete's quandry?
Is there a release date mentioned?

I checked with John Albarian last week, the producer of the DVD of TKAA, and
he reports that the DVD is still on track:  "still plugging away.  May be mid
April, but I have recently found some great stuff to add that might push it to
June"
