The PRS (performing rights society) in the UK will collect a royalty from
Sky - and from each and every tv, radio and other public place (eg football
club, pub, etc) - who plays recorded music and distribute it to each
artiste.

So yes, eventually Pete will get a couple of pounds for the use of WGFA and
BBE in the programmes you saw!
