I posted this a while back but I will post it again. When I saw the Who at MSG at the end of July, Pete plainly said that he hoped they would be back, and wanted to be back there again in the future as long as they could play at a high level. I and 20,000 other people heard him say it. It seems both Pete and Rog have gotten a boost of energy from the "new" Who line-up, with Simon helping on backing vocals, and Zak (not really new, tho) on drums. I think it would have been even more energy with John in the mix, of course, but they seem so positive about things. They are clearly at the top of their game, so why stop now if they still love what they are doing? Long live rock!
