8 bouncers injured in fight on 42nd St. 

A fracas erupted outside the B.B. Kings Blues Club &
Grill in Times Square early yesterday, sending eight
bouncers to the hospital and landing four men behind
bars, police said.

The incident unfolded about 4a.m., when bouncers
ejected a drunk and disorderly patron from the W. 42nd
St. club during a jam in honor of John Entwistle, the
late bass guitarist for The Who. Three of the man's
friends began battling with the bouncers in a fight
that quickly spilled into the street, cops said.

Eight bouncers were treated at St. Vincent's Medical
Center for minor injuries. The four men were arrested
for assault, and another for disorderly conduct, cops
said.

The names of the suspects were not released last
night.
