The Wholigans ....a Who tribute band,
need Pete & Keith for an ongoing usa..canada +  tour, my local guys cannot
travel.
You  must  know The Who inside and out and backwards!
Looks are not that important , ability is.
We are based in St Petersburg Florida, but if you fill either pete or keiths
shoes...lets talk, I don't care where you live.
