there are some GREAT bands here in the U.S. that get more fame and 
recognition in the U.K. the white stripes and the black rebel motorcycle club 
are a few.  it goes to show ya that america dosen't know great music even if 
it was hangin over them like a slice of bacon.  it even took a couple of 
years before this country even heard of the beatles for chrissake!   also, 
"who's next" went to no. 1 in the U.K., Not in america. in america it went to 
a lame no. 4. top 10 yeah, but not even a no. 1.  and I think after the 
"woodstock" film came out, "tommy" finally managed to get to no. 1 in 
america. this country needs alot of pressure dosent it?
