Chinese Eyes Remasters

Hi,

I just recently bought the Chinese Eyes cd which was
remastered not long ago.  The sound on it seems a bit
thin.
I don't have the old cd copies to compare. I do know
that there is a copy around that was a Canadian
release and I was wondering how the sound quality
compares to the newer remaster. If anyone knows I
would appreciate the info.
