Acute cocaine use:

Very safe detection of cocaine metabolics in urine, blood. 

Long - term cocaine use:

Hair testing. Metabolics of cocaine are simply to detect within hairs. Since 
we know about the typical growth rate of hairs, we're able to judge periods 
of cocaine abuse. Should also be done with JAE.
