Thanks to BWM at oddsandsods for the info:

THE WHO are scheduled to play at "The Joint" which is
an auditorium in The Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas,
Nevada.  A seating chart may be seen at the
Ticketmaster site.  THE WHO are scheduled to play one
show.  

Tickets go on-sale at 10 am Sunday morning, February
17th.  The ticket purchases can be made in person at
the hotel.  The reservation people there are uncertain
about whether Ticketmaster sales will begin at the
same time, so don't be surprised if the 24 hour
Ticketmaster sales rule applies.  The hotel does have
concierge service.  The venue capacity is 14 to 18
hundred, the disparity emerging primarily as a result
of a standing room only section.

Up front, rows 1 to 11 is known as the Golden Circle,
rows 12 to 21 is known as the 2nd tier, rows 22 to 25
is known as the 3rd tire and behind that is the
Standing Room Only section.  There is also a balcony
section.  

Golden Circle tickets are $355.50. 2nd and 3rd tier
tickets are $305.50. Balcony tickets are $305.50 and
Standing Room Only tickets are $155.00.
