You're definitely right. <sigh>
Of course, it puts other tall buildings at risk, as well. There's no way to
do without them in the larger cities, though, as there's no other way to
handle the population without an unworkable sprawl. Planes could just as
easily crash into major utilities and etc. Likely there will be
considerable controls on air traffic from now on.
