It's becoming the battle of the benefits. Who will put together the bigger
line-up ... Paul McCartney or Michael Jackson?

McCartney is winning with the announcement that Bono and The Edge from U2,
Elton John and David Bowie will join him on stage this Saturday night at
Madison Square Garden.

Yesterday we announced that Mick Jagger had defected to the McCartney show
leaving Jackson's line-up Sunday night in Washington.

McCartney has scored an even bigger coup. Jackson's sister Janet will
perform at his show via satellite for the New York crowd.

The Paul McCartney concert for New York now features Paul McCartney with
Billy Joel, Eric Clapton, Mick Jagger, the Who, Bon Jovi, James Taylor, John
Mellencamp, Macy Gray, the Goo Goo Dolls, Melissa Etheridge, Marc Anthony,
the Backstreet Boys, and Destiny's Child as well as Bono, The Edge, Elton
John and David Bowie.

Jim Carey, Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld and Mike Myers will act as MCs.

Goo Goo Dolls are on the Jackson show as well, as is Aerosmith, Kiss, Ricky
Martin, Backstreet Boys, Rod Stewart, P.Diddy, the Goo Goo Dolls, Train and
NSYNC.
