If the sound is that good, it's got to be a copy of the for-fee download of
the show that Pete posted on his Web site.
Are you sending Pete payment?
You wouldn't want to take something for nothing, would you?????

BTW, if anyone has THE OFFICIAL DOWNLOAD nicely converted onto 2 Cd's, I'd
be very interested in trading for it, since I can't download it myself.
E-mail me off list.

ML, once I get it, we'll connect and write a short note to Pete along with
payment.

I don't get the impression that John cares much about whether his shows are
sold out or not. As long as the crowd is large enough to generate a good
energetic response.
I don't know exactly how the $$ arrangement is set up, but I believe JEB
makes a set amount of money regardless. I can confirm that Higher Ground
here in VT did in fact lose "a little" money on the venture, but "that was a
small price to pay to bring a legend to VT". "It was well worth it."
Sorry, don't feel right about disclosing the source of the quotes.

Jeff and I estimated about 300 at VT. Bjorn thought there were 200+ in ME.
But really, I didn't expect more than that in these small venues. Hell, my
buddy Stu has seen JEB at The Black Cat in DC, which holds no more than 200.
John likes the small cozy spots.

Still waiting for Bjorn's "Amazing Journey Part II" that will describe the
NY shows. :-)

SCHRADE, how was the crowd size in Akron? Sorry if you already posted it.
Short-term memory thing.

Oh, such juvenile displays of excitement. Grow up man!

Oh boy, Oh boy, OH BOY! I can't hold it in.............
WHOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOO !

So, a bit of a warm up in September, then a nice big fat tour of Euro in the
fall, then off into the studio to record the next great album that will turn
society on it's head. Then a monumental tour in the summer of 2002 in
support of the new album. Going head-to-head with The Rolling Stones, who
will look feeble compared to the power and intellect of The Who.
At which time the hole in the ozone layer will miraculously close, and Bush
will be run out of office?

Ok, went a bit far there, I admit.
It's just so exciting, that it makes you think that ANYTHING is possible!
