I see that a lot, too. An article will have a WHO-related headline,
which gets me all wound up, & then........nothing!
One I see a quite often is:
TALKIN' 'BOUT HIS / HER / THEIR GENERATION
Nine times outta ten, you ain't gettin' no WHO in an article with
this headline.
