Here's Mick's response to BBC reports that his album was tanking in the

Mick's new solo album is making a dent in charts around the world.
Goddess in the Doorway entered the Top 20 in Japan, Sweden, France,
Holland, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, and Germany (where it stormed in
at Number 2). In the U.S., Mick posted a great first week entering the
charts in the Top 40, outselling all his previous solo first week
