Who reference on TV

Apparently I'm one of the few who hasn't.  However, I feel I should report
that last week's CSI episode featured the star Wiliam Petersen and a
sidekick walking through a rave looking around in a mixture of amusement
and horror.

Petersen: "Teenage Wasteland."
Sidekick:  "Who?"
Petersen: "Yes."  <ba-da-bump>

Combined with using "Who Are You?" as their theme music, I've got to wonder
who on the production staff is a Who fan (perhaps Petersen himself, as he's
listed with a producer's credit).
