THE LIFE OF IRON: PYTHON AND MAIDEN JOIN FORCES FOR FILM COMEDY

Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson has written the script for a
forthcoming comedy movie to be directed by Monty Python star Terry Jones.

The £3.5 million film, The Chemical Wedding, will be the first film made by
Jones’ newly-formed production company Messiah Pictures, and The Who’s lead
singer Roger Daltrey and A Clockwork Orange star Malcolm McDowell are
rumoured to be heading the cast.

Dickinson is no stranger to writing comedy, having previously published
stories about his comic creation Lord Iffy Boatrace.

Maiden themselves are expected to provide music for The Chemical Wedding.
