See, I kinda think the 'taking-a-tape-recorder-to-a-show' is worse because
an artist might not want *that* particular performance to be heard & distribut-
ed whereas MP3's have already been given the green light for people to hear.

Shades of sinning, I guess.

But then who's worse (now there's an album!): the bootleggers or punters
like me who buy their product?  Won't we both burn equally in Hell for our 
sins?  Or will God let me off in exchange for a copy the Amsterdam '69 
show?!

Enough!  I'm gonna be struck by lightning any moment now.
