You may not be able to right now, as they're trying to close up shop.  I 
think Naked Eye the fan club is still taking membership applications, but I 
tried to sign up when I was in London for the Whocon and nothing seemed to 
come of it.  Matt published their contact address on the PT BBS, so I'll 
look to see if I can find it.  Generations I don't know about.
