Pete's promising MP3s
Kevin & keets,
Quite true that TKAA2K and MG are the most promising cuts of the lot. I
have to pat the guys on the back for stretching the jams out in some
others as well: AAA, Relay, Real Me, 5:15, the MG 'Rabbit' jam (not from
Manchester)
These demonstrate their cohesion and their willingness to take a simple
musical theme and stretch and pull it into a new form. Surely they can
do that in the studio with any new ditties that TED can come up with :-)
It gives me hope for The Who's future. <Of course, I may have new hope
for other reasons this fine morning in America>
Does anyone else here WGFA creeping into AAA? Do you hear Simon &
Garfunkel at the end of TKAA2K & Mary Anne? Roger's voice sounds
alternately louse ('Don't Know Myself') and fantastic ('TKAA', 'Mary
Anne').
