I've had this CD for a while now - it's been out in the UK for at least a
couple of months. It's, er, OK.
I think Daltrey's Kashmir is by far the best the track - although all the
'ooo's in it are a bit annoying. I had never heard this song before (never
been a Led Zep fan, but I'm slowly being turned). I had no idea that the
Puff Daddy track had sampled it.
Daltrey's Let it Be is just dull.
Alice Cooper's gives a good rendition of 5:15 - with clear, very 'English'
diction. Good sax solo too.
The See Me, Feel Me/Listening to You finale is over-crooned and hammed up.
As for other tracks such as Stairway to Heaven, Comfortably Numb, Come
Together and Ruby Tuesday: these classic tracks have just been butchered.
