The entire set was filmed, but as far as I know, the only legitimate
releases of the performance were the snippets you mentioned and those
in TKAA.  I wouldn't be surprised if somewhere there was a bootleg
video of the performance.  However, that would have to have been
transferred to video from the original 35mm print, which is no small
feat (i.e. must be an inside job, if it exists at all).

I think the entire performance might make for a good concert movie,
but its hard to tell without seeing the quality of the film.  It may
just be rotting somewhere in a film vault, being ignored...
