Banned on the run

> Hey, and why were the who banned from the Holliday Inn?

Lucas:

For trashing their hotel rooms.

> Also, there's a car inside a pool on TKAA video... What was it?

I imagine a joke on the myth made for the movie. Please note it's not a
20/21 year-old Keith Moon.

> INTERESTING. I'm going to have to check that one out!

Joseph:

It's a great book, very funny and filled with plenty of Moon's driving
adventures.

Sean:

That's an interesting concept...I'd like to see Barney's reaction. Oh,
and Gomer's too.

But who needs endless new versions of the same thing? They've done this,
and it's recorded and easily available, so why not let them go into new
territory? I still wish it had been an "unplugged" QUAD tour. Just the
three original members on stage.

> I think you will be greatly dissapointed with Join Together.

That being said, I agree with you here. Not for the same reason,
though...I don't like it because it's too perfect, too tame, too sterile
for The Who live. I also hate the horns on all but the TOMMY material.
Of course, for $20 what the Hell. I might even pay $20 for WHO'S LAST on
CD, and that's the worst live Who album ever (maybe the worst Who album
period).

> was a band out there that was actually BETTER than Led Zeppelin, The
> Rolling Stones, and KISS!!

Joseph:

Actually, there are lots of bands out there better than LZ, RS, and
especially Kiss.
