Ah, well...you know, I asked the station about that the first time I
advertised. They create, produce, and broadcast the commercials
(although I write the ad copy). I suppose they have public broadcasting
rights or are paying ASCAP/BMI. But since this is their business (and
responsibility), it's their business to know if they're breaking any
laws and take the according steps.

You shouldn't assume I hadn't. Or do you believe all Southerners are
Jeff Foxworthy? I can assure you otherwise.
