What Jan. '68 date is missing?  Also, I think getting Pete to do the foreword is quite a coup.  He doesn't give his seal of 
approval to just anybody neither Marsh, Charlesworth, or even life long friend Richard Barnes had the honor in their books.

It is suppose to be available in most bookstore chains (Barnes & Noble, Borders, etc.) in the US.  I know Barnes & Noble 
here (Nowhere USA) carry the Led Zep book of the same title from Omnibus.
