I've wondered myself. I've always just held the belief that it was
John, simply because they couldn't afford to hire a studio musician.... ;)

There are a lot of Canadians (and Americans making the drive, I'd
imagine) on the list going, but I don't think there's any sense in
organizing until much closer to the date. It's only May!
