Who reference on MST3K

This weekend's Mystery Science Theatre 3000 had a great Who reference.
The movie was "Riding With Death" and at one point the villain who has
planted a remote-controlled bomb in a race car plans to blow up his
good-gut nemesis, Mr. Driscoll.

As the villain plans his destruction he says, "At 6 o'clock I'll push the
button and goodbye Mr. Driscoll!"

To which Tom Servo responds, singing "Goodbye, Sister Driscoll."
