it is)" Is probably most likely some sort of reference to male anatomy.
Because as most people know, Pete has confronted masterbation quite often in
his career: Pictures of Lily, Mary Anne with the Shaky Hands, ect. And as
many art philosophers have stated: "Don't look at the piece for what it is,
but pay attention to what it MEANS". Soooo, we can definatly assume that the
song is about a man WHO ain't gettin' any!

P.S. Why do you think he DOES talk about masterbation so much? Did he want
to confront something that nobody else was at the time? Does he think it's
cute?
