To JenD, about Roger on "Sliders":
I can hardly wait 'til Friday to see why the heck he's shooting up other
people's body fluids. MST3K tie-in: Three weeks ago the featured film
was "Leech Woman", which was about a woman who stabbed people in the
back of the neck to get a certain gland secretion, which she mixed with
some pollen stuff and drank to keep herself looking young. So, is Roger
the next Leech Woman (Leech Man, Leech Person...)? And is this why he's
been able to maintain a fairly youthful appearance over the years? The
line between fantasy and reality is blurring, ah! I need tea.

To Citywatch, who said "If you're reading this, Blandford, tell us -
PLEASE!":
During the most recent Prodigy Who chat (which I host, just to toot my
own horn), Pete was given the nickname "Blandy". Isn't that awful? It
was my idea, too! Blandy, Blandy, Blandy...although as Amira said,
"There's nothing bland about him! Especially not his nose!"

To KLP, on the whole age business, and suspended animation:
Thank you very, very much for backing me up on this. I really appreciate
it. :)
As for suspended animation, it's so hard to pick a date...and if we
froze the Who at ANY point in their recording career, that would mean
we'd miss out on a lot of Pete's solo albums. This is too difficult,
even if it IS just a game of what-if!
