I always interpreted the beginning of HMF as meaning that Pete was looking for friends but wound up being hit on by a gay man. What I don't understand is the line "but things don't look so good when you could use a better warning". It rhymes with "morning" but beyond that I am lost. "Pete's gay!" Frank
