Boot list GONE?

Hey guys ('n' gals) out there in wholand,

   I just tried to go check out a fewboot listings
from the Hypertext Who page and get this unfriendly
message:

File exists, but access forbidden by user

What's up?  ANyone know?  I frequent this site alot,
and have found it to be extremely useful. Does anyone
know if it'll be back up (soI can at least download a copy)?

Maybe it's because I'm a bad boy because I read both who lists?!?
