OK, let's try again... :) Maybe this one will make it "uncensored"...

There are two versions, a digest and a non-digest. The digest is a long
e-mail, made up of many smaller e-mails, usually sent when the file is
about 30K. The non-digest, is e-mail that gets sent to you as soon as it's
bounced off the server. It's quicker, but also has a lot of "volume" to it
and you may get 100 e-mails per day. You can always start with one format
and switch to the other.
