Suggestion, if you want it signed, make sure that you make an "appointment"
to do so. Apparently Pete now has a "policy" of NOT signing guitars ("...too
many people turn around and sell them...").

There was a poor guy from Cleavland with like 40 autographs (including
Roger's & John's) on his personal treasured guitar and he ran into Nicola
Joss (Pete's personal assistant) outside of the Supper Club and she said
"Pete doesn't sign guitars anymore"...

So, before you lug it, you may want to contact Pete to get the "OK" first...

   When I heard that Pete was coming to L.A. for the VH-1 show 
(before his solo tour was announced), I wrote a letter to the address 
on the Hypertext Who page to ask him if I could bring my guitar to 
him at his hotel or any other convenient place, but I unfortunately 
got no reply.  I'm hoping the info you posted earlier about a MSG 
date means The Who will also come to L.A.  If so, do you have any 
other info as to where best to contact Pete.  I would like to try 
again to reach him.
