happy jack story and a question

When I was about 10 years old my sister brought home MBBB and I took it to 
a friend's house. It was summer and we had the doors and windows open. We heard
someone yell "I saw ya".  We went running out side to look for the person who
said it. We looked for about 20 minutes; someone HAD to be close to the house.
I figured it out the next day when I played it again, but we sure were scared

 Another thing. How common is the "Tales from the Who" recording with the 
evil creature cartoon on the cover?  AND does a guitar conversion/transcription
