To the best of my recollection, John's '88 band was as follows:
Henry Small - Lead Vocals
Tim Gorman - Keyboards
Steve Luongo - Drums (and again in 96)
Mark Adams - Guitar
and of course, 'Ol Thunderfingers on bass guitar

As for John's video, it's part of the Hot Licks series.  The title is "Bass
Guitar Master Class with John Entwistle."  The order # is VBE106.  For
