It was Central America.  The title of the episode is "Forever Ambergris."
(Which, strangely enough, was on one of the syndicated channels last night.
 Watch for the HOB version repeat--they don't edit for content.) 

Speaking of RD and smokeables--that's how he gets his: by smoking some
poisoned weed with the girlfriend of the guy he offs.  Terrible to see such a
pretty boy rot away like that.

No wonder he turned to trout fishing. . .
