No longer a fan, but I did see them a couple of times - mid '80s, and it was
damn loud. I would say DP and the Who are the most responsible for my damaged
hearing.

As far as my thoughts on DP now, I really don't listen to any of the music I
listened to then. The only vestige of my "Rock Radio" days is the who. I
don't know why that is.....

I recently saw a K-Tel commercial for "Heavy '80s Guitar Classics!" or
something in which they showed a 'perfect strangers' clip. My first reaction
was "how cheesy" (no offense to our Wisconsin listers - or to DP fans). I
just don't get in to that type of music any more. Oh, well....
