I recently wrote Shel Talmy and gave him a clip of a letter from gary m.
that he had written to the list. He asked Who is Shel Talmy. Here's Talmy's
response:

Hi Jeff,

I've just replied to gary that when I return from my trip in
mid July, I'd be happy to answer the burning question---

"Who is Shel Talmy"!
