You are incredibly informed as to matters WHO so I would suggest you stick to
your strength and not play the role of the blind defender of the Clinton's
when you don't have your facts straight.

That you say" nothing has been found" is absurd on the face of it. Bill and
Hillary Clinton have done their level best to block, obstruct, obfuscate and
conceal as much as they can about the evidence and facts of Whitewater but
they are starting to run out of fingers to plug the leaking dike.  For a
couple with nothing to hide (their words) how come they look like the
guiltiest people going?

Nothing found yet? - Here's what the rest of us have found.

1- Bill and Hillary Clinton came to Washington and brought with them 3 of
Hillary's law firm partners.  It is now 3 1/2  years later and one is doing
hard time (W. Hubbell) one has left the White House in disgrace (William
Kennedy) and one has committed suicide (Foster).

2 -We have found that (while still in Arkansas) Hillary was able to help keep
up the payments on Whitewater as a result of parlaying a $1,000. investment
in cattle futures into $100,000.  The White House response once this came to
light was "She read the Wall Street Journal."   This from the lady who while
campaigning with her husband in '92 railed against "the decade of greed"
presided over by Reagan/Bush.  Hipocrite?  You be the judge.

3 - The McDougals and Gov. Tucker are all about to go to jail (unless
somebody starts singing) in the wake of the first Whitewater related trial.
 The McDougals were the Clinton's business partners.  Nothing found yet???

4 - Bill Clinton's closest friend and advisor Bruce Linsday (who also ran his
gubenatorial campaigns in Ark.) is now in very hot water also.

5 - Hillary's law firm records (showing her involvement in case that smacks
of conflict of interest) turn up in the first family's living quarters in the
White House over 2 years after they had been subpoenaed and after the
Clinton's had claimed they couldn't find them!!! 

6 - In the wake of Foster's death (The Clinton's personal lawyer on matters
involving Whitewater) on one of the most traumatic days of their lives, 3 of
Hillary's closest aides developed amnesia in trying to recall events
surrounding the handling of Foster's files concerning Whitewater.  It seemed
nobody could recall a thing about the chain of command of the files,
telephone calls, etc..  Just a coincidence?

I could go on and on and I haven't even mentioned the railroading of the
Travel office empolyees or the latest FBI "filegate" matter.  These people
are intoxicated with power.
It is true that with regard to Whitewater there is still no "smoking gun"
connected to the Clinton's but please don't try to tell us it is all a
witchhunt.

Do you stand by your assertion "I didn't inhale" was a joking aside that SOME
people took seriously???.  ARE YOU KIDDING?  THE COUNTRY took it seriously
because it WAS NOT a joke. You thought it was funny?? Come again?  A
bald-faced lie to a serious question!!  You are either very naive or just
another shameless Clinton apologist.
He was, at that moment, very deserving of the nickname "Slick Willie". 

Bill Clinton is a man of enormous talents and intellect.  He is a also a very
flawed individual who always manages to avoid "paying the bill."  His time
may running out.
